Food Safety for the Holidays
Everyone is looking to feed their family and friends delicious foods during the holiday season, but we also need to keep those foods safe. Robin Danto, M.S., R.D. will talk about general food safety, why holiday celebrations can increase the risk of food borne illness, and how to reduce those risks so that everyone can have a safer, healthier holiday season.
Robin is a Food Safety and Nutrition Educator in Oakland County through the Michigan State Extension.
